Return Policy
We aim towards complete customer satisfaction. We provide Replacements if the item arrives damaged or we send you the wrong item.
YOU CAN’T RETURN AN ITEM to us, provided you do so within a 1 day window. If your order has been placed online, please email us at anvisworld8@gmail.com for a Replacement provided on the order receipt.
If you have received a wrong product, you can claim the dispute within 1 days of delivery. Please raise a ticket in our given whatsapp number with attaching images of the Label, and delivered product along with unpacking video. Label has to be mandatorily entered (wherever available) while raising replacement and clearly shown in the unboxing video.
Video guidelines (To be strictly followed for correct claims resolution):
- Before opening the package, record a video showing all sides including front and back side clearly visible and adequately stretched within the frame.
- The label must be clearly visible in the video, displaying the AWB Number, Order ID, and package barcode.
- For barcoded shipments, the Label must be clearly displayed in the video.
- The packaging must be opened, and the product should be distinctly shown in the video.
- The video should be recorded in one continuous take without any edits or pauses.
- Ensure that all corners of the packets remain within the video frame.
- The video must maintain clear focus, stability, and a moderate pace-avoid blurriness, shakiness, or excessive speed.
Please read our Replacement information and instructions as well as our terms and conditions carefully -:
1. Items should be in their original condition
2. Items should be ideally in the original packaging
3. Items should be returned within 1 days of the day you bought them with a receipt.
In case or order cancelation we will refund full order value within a week.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or we send you the wrong item, we apologize for the inconvenience. You’ll be replacement for the original item price.
REFUND METHOD:
We’ll make the refund to the card that was used to pay for the original order.
